PER INCIDENT SUPPORT
Per incident support is used for a single issue where the support issue will be resolved in less than an hour of phone support time. This type of support is available by phone or remote access only. $95.00 prepaid VIA credit card only.
TIME AND MATERIALS SUPPORT
Time and materials support is defined as a client without a Support Agreement in effect, and no pre-paid hours on account. Time is billed to the closest quarter hour, with a one (1) hour minimum plus travel if necessary. $140.00 per hour.
PRE-PAID SUPPORT
Pre-Paid Support is a minimum retainer contract that is completed between FMG and the client. The amount of initial hours paid are agreed to and paid in advance. As these hours are utilized they will be logged and the client will have copies of the log available for review. We will charge time in quarter hour increments. Once the time Pre-Paid has been used an invoice for an additional block of hours will be sent to the client. This contract is normally in force for one (1) year form inception and guarantees you a rate of $100.00 per hour, an added benefit of being under contract is access to support seven (7) days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. $100.00 per hour.
