Telephone product support is available to customers who have purchased a support contract. Support is available 9AM-5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at (813) 961-5026. Our product support center is staffed with specialists who are adept at helping users solve any problems that may be encountered while using FMG POS solutions.

The successful installation of a computer-based POS solution necessitates comprehensive capabilities for training the customer to operate and maintain the system independently. FMG has an excellent record of training customers in the operation and use of our POS solutions.
